Aquasco is an unincorporated area in southeastern Prince George's County, Maryland. It is near Eagle Harbor. The is located at the intersection of Maryland Route 381, Aquasco Road, and Maryland Route 233, Dr. Bowen Road.
The Chalk Point Generating Station and the incorporated town of Eagle Harbor and included within Aquasco. It has a number of historic buildings. The Aquasco Speedway was located here.
