Cecilia is a small village town located in the Parish of St. Martin, in the state of Louisiana. It is a part of the Lafayette MSA. It is located at an elevated height of about 27 ft. and occupies a total area of about 4.5 sq. kms. The Public schools in the area are operated by the School Board of St. Martin. Apart from the local education facilities, the residents of the town are engaged in trade and other business activities related with tourism and the health sector.
