Ganado is located in the County of Apache. It is a part of the Navajo Nation in Arizona. The National Historic Site of Hubbell Trading Post is located here. Ganado has a total area of about 23 sq. kms. and is located at an elevated height of about 6840 ft. above the ground level. There are about three schools in the town served by the Unified School District of Ganado. There is a general aviation airport as well.
