Ranked the 143rd most expensive US city to live in, La Canada Flintridge lies within the Los Angeles County of California, with a population of more than 20,200 residents at the 2010 Census. The city covers a total area of 8.6 square miles. There are several public and private schools of highest grade that serve the education system of the area. There are two weekly newspapers that are circulated in the city. The city boasts of golf courses, churches, lavish shopping centers and other eateries, bakeries and retailers that serve the area. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory is also located within the city limits.
