'Aquariums' are usually referred to as glass enclosures wherein marine animals and plants are kept in their near natural habitat either for public display (in homes, parks, etc) or for medical observation in laboratories. Some aquariums are also made up of acrylic. Aquariums in Las Vegas come in various sizes and shapes, depending on the place and need of the owner.
In Las Vegas, generally aquariums are cubical in shape and are referred to as fish tanks. Some aquariums are also bowl-shaped, known as fish bowls. The size of aquariums is also quite varied in Las Vegas. They can range from small fish bowls with a capacity of less than one liter of water to largely held public aquariums having 1000 liters of water.
