Milton is a part of Sussex County and covers an area of about a little over 1 sq. miles. There are about 200 physical structures, which falls in the Federal Register of Historic Places. It is a local hotspot for summer residents in the area. There are also a number of family operated business facilities and shopping complexes in the Primehook beach areas. There is also a costal railway in the area. Milton has a number of community organizations, memorial parks and civic centers.
