Noreen Kamal-Mostafavi, MD, began her medical career in general surgery, where her work with women ignited such a passion for women’s health and wellness that she decided to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology. At her self-titled practice, Noreen Kamal-Mostafavi MD PLLC, in Staten Island, New York, she’s fully dedicated to providing personalized gynecologic and aesthetic care.
Combining her skills and advanced surgical expertise with today’s most innovative technology, Dr. Kamal-Mostafavi ensures that each woman receives high-quality, customized care that meets their unique health and cosmetic needs.

Dr. Kamal-Mostafavi graduated from Saint Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. She’s board-certified by the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine and is an active member of the American Board of Cosmetic Gynecology and its subgroup, the International Cosmetic Gynecology Association.
Dr. Kamal-Mostafavi left a busy practice in New Jersey after marrying Staten Island’s renowned laser and cataract surgeon, Dr. Ray Mostafavi. After giving birth to their beautiful daughter, Alyeen, she decided to open a new, state-of-the-art practice in the heart of Staten Island. She currently welcomes new patients and looks forward to serving women from New York and New Jersey.
