Zalma is a small town of Bollinger County in the U.S. State of Missouri. Formerly known as the Bollinger's Mill, Zalma has a total area of about 0.5 sq. kms. The city is principally a river town and is situated beside the river Castor. It is a part of the Jackson- Cape Girardeau MMSA. There are a number of state parks in the area.
The local school district of Zalma is operating a number of schools in the area. Most of the parks are located in and around the river of Castor and offers a number of facilities of bird watching, horse riding and also hiking facilities for the tourists in the area.
