Bellingham is a town in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. It is formally a part of the Boston–Cambridge–Quincy metropolitan statistical area as well as the Providence metropolitan area, and its population at the 2010 census was 16,332.
The town experienced major growth from 1993 onwards, when the first Wal-Mart was opened here. Many major retailers then opened outlets in the town. As of December 30, 2006, the town created the Pulaski Boulevard Village Overlay District Subcommittee to develop the downtrodden southern portion of the town with a mix of retail shops, homes, and condominiums. Many other development plans are currently in the pipeline.
The population predominantly comrpises White Americans.
