Bly is a community in Klamath County, Oregon. It is an unincorporated, and falls within the Klamath Falls Metro Area. The local post office, initially named Sprague River, was established in the area in 1873. The name was changed in 1883. The word Bly comes from the Klamath word p'lai, meaning "up" or "high".
