Burnsville has a total area of about 12.5 sq. kms. and is located at an elevation of 467 ft from the ground level. Burnsville is situated in the County of Tishomingo. The area has a number of rivers like the Yellow Creek, Little Yellow Creek and the Waterway of Tombigbee - Tennessee.
