Cloudcroft is a small village of Otero County and is located within the area of the National Forest of Lincoln. Cloudcroft has a total area of about 4 sq. kms. Located at a height of about 8670 ft. from the ground level, the summer tourism activities is one of the principal interests of the small town. U.S. Route No. 82 criss-cross the region.
