Converse is a small village located in the Parish of Sabine. It has a total area of about 5.5 sq. kms. and is located at an elevated height of about 214 ft. from the ground level. There is a High school of Converse which is operated under the School Board of Sabine Parish. Most of the villagers live on agriculture and some of them are also engaged in different types of trade and other related activities in the region.
