Milford is a small town located in the County of Worcester, in the state of Massachusetts. Covering a total area of about 39 sq. kms., Milford is elevated at a height of about 307 ft. from the ground level. Retailing is a major part of the local economic activity in the region. There are a number of World famous retailing marts located in the city. Some of them are Target, Kohl's, Kmart and others. Most of the local inhabitants are engaged with the retailing industry.
Milford Public school operates a number of schools in the area. There is also a library. The Portugese Picnic and the US independence day are two of the most prominent cultural events of the town. There are also a number of memorable places and classic architecture in the town which attracts a large number of tourists in the area.
