The city of New Stuyahok is located in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is within Dillingham Census Area along the Nushagak River. The word Stuyahok means “going down the river place.” It is Yup’ik Eskimo Guides for Alaskan hunting, fishing, and sightseeing in Bristol Bay. New Stuyahok is a home of the largest salmon run in the world. The city has a total area of 34.7 square miles at 59°27′7″N 157°18′44″W. It is elevated by 138 feet.
