"What we're looking to do is use a full spectrum of modern technologies and bridge the gap between people's desire for great customer service and site work," he said. "A lot of excavators have done it the "good ol' boy" fashion for a long time, and it leaves customers feeling unsatisfied…they haven't gotten good communication or what they paid for. We're going to take a different approcach."

"95 percent of our service area is rural, but what I'm trying to do is to elevate the level of customer service in those areas…after all, our customers' money and resources doesn't dictate that they deserve a different level of customer service…their business is as important to us as people who live in large, metropolitan areas.
