My daughters prom dress was dropped off with an icecream stain on it, when we picked it up it was ripped, pulled, and the clasp was ruined. When I approched the owner she told me it was a crap dress and dirty when I brought it to her she said it must have been worn several times it was not! She called me a liar very unprofessional, and I will never bring anything there again. It was a designer dress beautiful and she needed it for a contest, really disappointed with the whole thing!
