I brought a pair of shoes in and whoever he sent it out to, if he sent it out at all, expanded it too much. He charged a high price, and when I wasn't happy with the work, he redid it, telling me I measured too much, and proceeded to charge me again for the redone work. I needed the shoes for an overseas trip, so I paid it. He's rude, has no customer service sensibility at all, and I will no longer use his services. I will go to the cobbler at MacGregor or the one on Cary Parkway near Trader Joe's instead.
