I called Samsung for the Capacitor issue. 52" LCD would be slow to turn on and made clicking noises. The set was purchased in July 2008. I called Samsung on Sat March 24th 2012 at 10:00 AM and expected to leave a VM pr get a recording. I spoke to a CS rep, she took my info and told me Sascoa would call me the following week, being it was Sat. I got a call 20 minutes later by Sascoa and was told we had a cancellation that day and some one could be there between 12:00 and 4:00 PM. I set it up and the tech came at 2:30 PM. She put the television on the floor and took the back off, replaced the 2 capacitors and left the house 30 minutes later and the TV is perfect. Samsung took care of an issue on a set that was OUT of warranty and Sascoa was extremely professional and courteous.
