Coffee roasting equipment is available for sale in Elk Grove Village. Coffee is a beverage that is brewed from the roasted seeds of the coffee plant. The bean, originally green in color, is roasted at a temperature of 392 °F. This caramelizes the starches in the bean, produces the characteristic dark brown color. The roasting is done in special equipment called roasters. They can be of different sizes, and can have the capacity for upto 300kg of beans at a time.
