We used coon bottom processing years ago. We loved the high quality vacuum sealed packaging they used. Our meat lasted much longer than most and it was always trimmed and cleaned perfectly. We moved away from the area and haven't been able to find anything comparable since. We have made the decision if these guys are still in business that we will drive to them no matter how far it is. They have the best sausage around an we can't wait to have this seasons deer processed there so we can enjoy it all once again... Justin
