Where do I begin...first of all I am a small business owner and I just moved to the Helena area and I was in need of a small amount of custom made sheet metal. Helena is not very large so my options are limited but found one company called Helena Sheet Metal. I called them and first of all the man on the other line was not the friendliest but in my desperation to get this product I decided to ignore his behavior over the phone. I placed my order and went to pick it up. When I arrived in the building there was two older (retired looking) men sitting down just staring at me. I then introduced myself and told one guy that I was here to pick up my custom order. He brought me to the back and showed me all the work he did. The sheet metal looked great but when he gave me the invoice I saw that there was only one total price for everything. I told him that when I called in my order I needed to know how much each item would cost me. He got very upset and said, "No, I'm pretty sure you didn't say that on the phone", (basically in a rude tone he was calling me a liar). Then I told him I can't purchase these because I need them priced out individually for resale purposes. Then I said I will purchase them if you can do that for me. That is when he got really mad and walked off to the back of the room. I then decided that I would not do business with someone that spoke to another human being in this way not to mention a customer. I then told him that I have decided not to do business with him after all because of the way he was acting and I turned to walk out of the store when he said some more choice words.

All in all, I would highly suggest not working with these men. They don't have any control over the way they speak to customers and they have terrible customer service to say the least. I wonder how well a company does in a small town when they treat others with such disrespect.
