Worst possible service ever!‎

I had lost my heating and cooling in the flood that happened in Jacksonville in June of this year not from water but from Lightning Strike. I called Leach-Remmers and they said they would be out here to make an estimate and get everything worked out. 20 minutes before they were supposed to be here I get a call from their receptionist informing me they didn't have time to come out and they had too many other calls that came in that morning to deal with. I hadn't had air since June 19th and they inform me people who lost air overnight were more important?!? After asking to be rescheduled for later I was told that was not possible as they were just too busy to handle my call and didn't want to reschedule. The receptionist was extremely rude and not only will they call and cancel your appointment after you take the day off work to be there, but they will also go out of their way to make you feel miserable by telling you that you aren't worth their time!
