I have seen this group as both a large 12+ person band playing at large festivals to just 3 in an intimate setting. They interact with guests, take requests, and are a true Mariachi band. They know a lot of the old traditional tunes, play original music, and reinterpret modern songs with a Mariachi flavor.

I first heard of los cantadores in a weeding reception that I attended they play ok but when I found out how much they charge ($200-225 per hour) it is too expensive they are not an authentic Mexican mariachi and they want to charge like they were it is only four persons in the group and a mariachi is made of 5 or more person they basically have a threeo... not what you pay for!
