Horrible experience!
Date Submitted: 2011-07-13
Aside from the mistakes and the incorrect information, and the constant "I don't know" in response to my more pressing concerns, Mr. Young and his entire staff are the most unprofessional, rude group of people I have ever done business with. He actually hung up on me after he was unable to answer important questions about my discharge, and that's hardly the worst thing he's done.
