All I can say is my wife and I have done business with David and he is fast, courteus, friendly, absolutely the most knowledgeable and the most AVAILABLE contractor YOU will ever find around!!! i DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS or REFERRALS for ANYONE but this gentleman I cannot say enough good. He has done from the smallest work to absolute emergencies and has been there in a flash when we needed him. If You are going to spend a buck, spend it well, call David Prendergast. I mean it sincerely.
