Charles was EXTREMELY RUDE and behaved unprofessionally. DO NOT shop here! My wife called after ordering a flag with a valid question and he nastily snapped at her on the phone. He was completely disrespectful. I called back after receiving a shoddily made flag and was told I could exchange it but not get my money back. I have no need to shop here. As he shouted at me telling me that I could not find a better made quality flag he hung up on me once I brought up the fact he was extremely rude to my wife. No customer service and the "queeny" attitude that he gave both of us gets this company no where on the good word of mouth list in New Orleans.
