Lawyers for Immigration, Naturalization & Customs are appointed by the department of homeland securities of Saint Paul. The actions of these lawyers are directly associated with the country concerned, the United Nations, the Department of State, and the Department of Health and Human Services. They are a large group of officials handling four categories —Programs, Field Operations, Policy & Planning and Management—that are responsible for operations and management. The operational lawyers belong to the Programs and Field Operations divisions. The Programs lawyers are there to handle all the functions involved with enforcement and examinations, including the arrest, detaining, and deportation of illegal immigrants as well as controlling illegal and legal entry. The Field Operations lawyers division is responsible for overseeing many offices operating throughout the country and the world.
