THE VERY BEST REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!‎

Dan is a saint! He spent months working with us to find a house, and was incredibly patient through all of the times we changed our minds or things fell through due to circumstances completely outside his control (flaky sellers, issues with our bank, etc). He is always enthusiastic, and looking only for what we wanted in a home. He is easy to get a hold of, and will always respond promptly. He always has at least some information about the neighborhoods, and is a joy to view a house with as he is great at pointing out the things you need to know about, but not pestering you with stuff he knows doesn't matter to you. He knows when to lowball an offer, and when it's best to walk away; and is not afraid to tell you if he doesn't think a house is right for you, rather than just pushing for a sale. Always friendly and professional, he was far and away the best part of the otherwise hectic and stressful home-buying process. I recommend him to you, and anyone you know who is looking for a house. If we are in the market again at some time in the future, we will definitely be coming back to Dan. Seriously, I cannot say enough nice about this man.
