In Shreveport individuals are also taught how to fix dislocated bones, and given tips in acupuncture, along with martial arts. Martial arts are also connected with religion in Shreveport. Students learning martial arts have to undergo rigorous training and are often put to test by their trainers. On successful completion of the training, they achieve various titles and belts such as black belt,brown belt, etc. In recent years, martial arts have become a sport activity. This art helps an individual to be physically fit while strengthening the body,improving flexibility, and also coordinates the movement of the body.
