Terrible service, poor quality‎

I thought I'd save a few bucks by using Kustom Kraft on my new home. The cabinets looked great when first installed, but we soon began to realize that the painted finish was very suseptible to chipping and warping. To make matters worse, the owner Jeff Norman is rude and unresponsive to any attempts to get him to refinish the cabinets (even at our cost!). It's rare to find someone who does not even attempt to stand behind his product in this day and age. In retrospect we would have been better off with cabinets from Home Depot or Lowe's. Avoid these people at all costs!!
