Arco is a city in Butte County, Idaho state. It is the county seat of Butte County. The city's population at the 2010 census was 995.

The Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is located east of Arco. The city is a gateway to the Lost River Valley. Major contributors to the local economy include the INL, tourism and recreation in the Lost River Valley, and agriculture.
