Arnaudville is a town in St. Landry and St. Martin parishes in the state of Louisiana. The St. Martin Parish portion of Arnaudville is part of the Lafayette Metropolitan Statistical Area, and the St. Landry Parish portion is part of the Opelousas–Eunice Micropolitan Statistical Area. Its population at the 2000 census was 1,398. It is at the site of a Native American village, and as such it is one of the oldest remaining towns in St. Landry Parish.

The town hosts a number of festivals, the Étouffée Festival, held the 4th weekend in April, Le Feu et l'Eau—Fire and Water Rural Arts Celebration which is held in December and Bayou Blues Revival' which is held in April. It is a popular destination for musicians and artists.

The population comprises predominantly White Americans. A sizeable percentage of the population comprises African Americans.
