Beavertown is a borough located in the County of Synder. It is located in the U.s. state of Pennsylvania, occupying a total area of about 2 sq. kms. It is located at an elevated height of about 650 ft. from the sea level. There is a local school district of Mid-West which operates a number of public schools in the area. There are also a number of libraries and a local historical society. Beavertown is surrounded by the township of Beaver. Most of the local residents are engaged in regional economic activities.
