Berea has a total area of about 10 sq. miles and it is a part of Madison County. Berea is being said as the fastest growing town of the Kentucky state. The Berea college is located here. The city of Berea is believed to be the principal city of Richmond - Berea MSA. It includes the counties of Madison and Rockcastle. There are a number of tourist attactions in the area like a number of crafts fair held each year. Berea has a humid and continental climate.
