With a total area of a little over 20 sq. miles, Blytheville is the largest city in the region. It is also one among the two County seats of Mississippi County. It was founded by a Methodist Clergyman, named Henry T. Blythe. Some of the notable employers in the region includes, Nucor, ART and Tenaris Hickman, a global manufacturer of steel pipe's for the oil and gas sector.
