Boone is a Statutory Town in Pueblo County, Colorado state. It is part of the Pueblo, Colorado Metropolitan Statistical Area. At the 2000 census its population was determined to be 333.

It was formerly known as Booneville, as was established during the Pikes Peak Gold Rush by Albert Gallatin Boone, grandson of Daniel Boone.
