Brookston is a small township located in the white township of Indiana state. With a total area of about 1.8 sq. kms., the town of Brookston is located at a height of about 685 ft. from the ground level. Located in the County of Prairie, the Apple Popcorn Festival of Brookston is a well known agricultural festival held here annually. This event attacts a large number of tourists in the area. Agriculture is the main economic activity of the region. The wind farm of Meadow Lake also contribute to the development og the small town with non- conventional energy.
