Brief Information About Butte

Butte is a small city located in the Couty of Silver Bow in the state of Nebraska. Butte also serves as the County seat of Silver Bow. overing a total area of about 1868 sq. kms., the area enjoys an elevation of about 5539 ft. from the ground level. A large part of the local population are primarily engaged in mining and in the local breweries. Though the open pit mining system in terms of producing the local mineral of copper has decreased, however there are still some mines which produces copper in small quantities.


The local wine making is also quite well developed and a large part of the local population is engaged in it. There are a number of tourist attractions in the area which helps to attract a large number of tourists in the area. There are also quite a few recreation facilities in the area. The local education and the media industry also offers substantial employment oppurtunities to the locals.
