Carrboro is a small town located within the area of the Orange County. Carrboro is said to be a part of the Chapel Hill-Durham  MSA. The place is named after a noted North Carolina Industrialist J.S. Carr. It has a total area of about 17 sq. kms. and located at an elevated height of about 460 ft. above the ground level. A number important local events and festivals are held here for attracting tourists in the area.
