A town of the Windsor County in the state of Vermont also includes the village of Proctorsville. It has an approximate area of about 40 sq. miles. It was almost cut off from the rest of the country by Hurricane Irene in 2011. Some of the noted residents of the town includes Redfield Proctor, Phineas Gage among others. Residents are engaged in a number of economic activities like tourism and agriculture among others.
