Elemental OM is home to 3 studios located in Lebanon, Montgomery, and Symmes. The Symmes Studio is housed in the Apollo Center. We conveniently offer two yoga studios known as The Symmes studio and Unwind Meditation & Mindfulness hosting yoga for authentic movement and real bodies. You will find lots of Beginner Yoga, Urban Zen, Restoration, Gentle, Flow, as well as some Hot yoga classes for those desiring fitness yoga. We are happy to offer meditation, mindfulness, and nutritional Coaching. Founded by Pamela Quinn, author, "The Elemental Cleanse."

A preventative holistic practice originating in India, Ayurevda is a 5,000 year old lifestyle based in meditation, yoga, nutrition, and much more.

We make learning this practice simple and fun with our signature Elemental Cleanse. Through Ayurveda, you’ll learn about your direct link to nature and the unique elements composing your mind and body type. After identifying your mind and body type, you will learn personalized tools, practices, and routines you can use to infuse your life with more passion, peace, and joy.
