Cobalt is a town of Middlesex County in the U.S. state of Connecticut. Cobalt is located in the southern part of the trailhead of Shipsit. The total area of the town is about 37 sq. miles. Some of the historical places of the town include the Bridge of Comstock, Rapallo Viaduct etc. These places are also registered with the National Historical Register. The locals are engaged in education and the tourism sectors. Other small trade exist based on these.
