The city of Concord is the capital of the state of New Hampshire in the United States.Concord lies fully within the Merrimack River watershed.Concord is operated by the mayor-council system.Concord has several landmarks and other tourist attractions.
The city would become noted for furniture-making and granite quarrying.Concord became a hub for the railroad industry, with Penacook a textile manufacturing center using water power from the Contoocook River.
