I am Jeff Walker, former owner of Burton Meat Market in Duncan, OK. I have been a meat cutter for 39 years and have recently decided to leave the retail side of cutting meat to go strictly deer and wild game processing. I have 10 children. They are my workforce and are well trained. Here at Mud Creek, we are definitely family oriented and we care about our clients.
We specialize in summer sausage. We can do original, jalapeno with or without cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
We also do tenderized cubed steak for pan frying, bacon wrapped backstrap / tenderloin, grilling sausages in natural casings, and jerky meat raw or fully cooked.
All cuts are vacuum packaged for fresher meat with a longer freezer life.
With My experience, I am able to get a greater yield of meat from your deer and wild game. We will definitely give you the most "bang" for your "buck" or "doe".
