Anchored Counseling Center in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, provides compassionate therapy individually tailored to clients ages 16 and above. Led by Gabriella Goetz, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor, the practice helps clients develop the coping skills necessary to achieve their full potential. Gabriella earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Centenary University in Hackettstown, New Jersey. She subsequently completed her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She is licensed as an LPC in the state of New Jersey.
Gabriella’s approach balances compassion, empathy, direction, and validation. She helps adolescents and adults with kind yet direct psychotherapy as well as personalized support and guidance. Gabriella's approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). She also integrates mindfulness techniques into her work.
