Cosmetic and plastic reconstructive surgery at Shrewsbury is practised by plastic surgeons. This is a specialization done after general medicine, whereby surgery is performed for cosmetic or improvement, as well as improvement in functionality (in the case of reconstructive surgery). As opposed to that, cosmetic or plastic surgery is usually for the enhancement of appearance rather than any functional use.
