Stapleton is a small unincorporated village located in the U.S. state of Alabama. It is within Baldwin County which included on Daphne–Fairhope–Foley Micropolitan Statistical Area. Stapleton is nestled on U.S. Route 31 and State Route 59 which was contemplated for incorporation inside the cities of Loxley and Bay Minette. It coordinates at 30°44′34″N 87°47′36″W with a total area of 10.76 square miles. Baldwin County Public Schools serves education in Stapleton.
