Pest control refers to the guideline or administration of a species defined as a pest. In order to maximize food production, it is advantageous to protect crops from challenging species of plants, as well as from herbivores contending with humans. Many pests have only become a problem because of the direct actions of humans in The Colony. Modifying these actions can often substantially reduce the pest problem with in The Colony.
Pest control are done in different ways in The Colony like elimination of breeding grounds, poisoned bait, field burning, hunting, traps, poison spray, space fumigation, space treatment, sterilization, destruction of infected plants, natural rodent control and repellents.
