Fairhope is a city in Baldwin County. It is along the Mobile Bay Shore. It is part of the the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley micropolitan area, and is a major city of the same. It has a total area of 11.0 square miles, all of which is land. The city was established in 1894, as a model single tax town. The signle tax corporation system still exists.
